Job Title: Production WorkerJob Description

Join our team as a Production Worker where you will play a key role in the manufacturing of pre-fabricated concrete walls and structures. This position involves casting, finishing, mixing, and moving concrete. It is a physically demanding role, requiring dedication and stamina as shifts can range from 10 to 12 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Perform general duties to aid in the creation of pre-fabricated concrete structures.
• Engage in the casting and finishing of concrete slabs.
• Mix and move concrete as part of the production process.
• Operate forklifts and other necessary equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards at all times.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 65 lbs.
• Comfort with climbing onto and off trailers and navigating catwalks and beds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in concrete work is highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work long shifts.
• Adaptability to work in various weather conditions.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.75/hr.
