Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospital Project Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Local candidates preferred. Position Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that they are regularly updated throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project goals, objectives, and status to all stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners. Develop and implement project risk management plans, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards the same project goals. Ensure that all project documentation is completed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Manage project change requests, scope changes, and issue resolution, and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and effective manner. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Participate in the development of project management processes and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field. Hospital or related experience required RN or other clinical experience desired 5 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale and complex projects.
