Job Description

They are seeking a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to step into an established, long-term role serving South Miami and the Florida Keys .

Position Overview:

This role supports both the South Miami office and select Florida Keys locations and follows a consistent, well-defined weekly schedule that has been successfully managed for over a decade.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support continuity of care

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Hearing Instrument Specialist License (required)
  • Experience fitting and programming hearing aids
  • Strong communication and patient counseling skills
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary + commission range: $85,000–$105,000+
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO)
