Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is the new take on the classic burger joint. We are looking for individuals interested in joining our team as Host/Hostess (Vibe Ambassadors) . If you like working in a fun and familiar work environment, providing genuine service, quality food and have an enthusiasm to learn and grow with us, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive vibe and first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and enhance guest experiences.
• Utilize POS systems to assist with order processing and ensure accurate billing.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Skills and Requirements

• Comfortable working in fast paced, high energy environment.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic team player.
• Willing to learn.
• Strong communicator: Verbal, written, In-person, over the phone and via messaging.
• Works in a clean and organized manner.
• Demonstrates timeliness and a sense of urgency.
• Enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences both in-person and over the phone.
• Sense of humor.
• Experience working with on-line ordering platforms, take-out and deliveries preferred.
• Experience with reservation systems preferred.
• Experience with seating flow preferred.

We’ve grown a lot from our first “OG” spot on SoHo’s Broome Street. We’re rocking more iconic spaces in NYC, the Vegas strip, Disneyland, Bahrain, Kuwait, Singapore, Switzerland, the UAE, and many more in the works. Despite being in very different cities and cultures, we share one singular vision: We aim to deliver so much more than a dope meal. We bring a full-on experience. A photo op. A memory. A rare moment of awesome.
