Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess/To Go specialist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and taking/entering/packaging To Go orders - all while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements to optimize flow.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and menu options.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Process To Go and Delivery orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations.
• Utilize POS systems for managing reservations and tracking guest preferences.
• Provide support to the food service team as needed, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Familiarity with food service operations is a plus, particularly in hotel or restaurant settings.
