Schedule: 1st Shift; overtime built into schedule
Pay Rate: $32/hour base, up to $36.60/hour with overtime and sign-on bonus, plus incentives up to $10.38/hour (maximum potential $46.95/hour)
About the Role
We are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume manufacturing facility. In this role, you will maintain and repair industrial HVAC and production equipment, including air compressor systems and related components. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, log work in the CMMS system, and ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, LOTO, and food safety standards. This position requires collaboration with other maintenance team members and supervisors to minimize downtime, support production goals, and keep critical systems safe and reliable.
