NO C2C. ONLY W2. MUST SIT ONSITE 3 DAYS A WEEK IN CHARLOTTE, NC. TEKsystems is currently looking for a Jira/Atlassian Administrator that has production support and administration experience with the following applications/processes: Crowd, Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and Octane. *Skills * 3+ years system administration experience with Atlassian Crowd, Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence, and Micro Focus Octane applications. 3+ years' experience doing Production Support Expertise in application performance monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Hands-on experience with creation of playbooks and automation scripts. Hands-on experience with RedHat Openshift Containers Kubernetes Moderate expertise in Unix system, scripting and knowledge on BASH, KSH shell programming languages. General understanding of Oracle, MySQL and SQL database technologies. *Additional Skills* Jenkins, Jira, Confluence *Additional Qualifications* Experience working with SQL databases and writing SQL queries. Team player, with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with contacts at all levels. Skilled in developing collaborative relationships. Skillful in handling a high volume of support requests while also managing various other projects running in parallel. Excellent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented. Knowledge of Agile and continuous integration practices strongly preferred. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.24 - $70.24 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
