Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing promotional brand strategies

• Represent clients through brand promotions and in-person events

• Support event planning and setup with merchandising and sales materials

• Recruit and train new team members for branding campaigns

• Evaluate weekly and monthly performance data to optimize results

• Participate in weekly team meetings, strategy sessions, and training

• Leadership experience (formal or informal team captain, club officer, etc.)

• Background in customer service, retail, sales, or event marketing (preferred)

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Reliable transportation and availability for occasional travel
