We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to display enthusiasm by acting as a direct communication link between our clients and their consumers inside retail locations.

The Junior Sales Representative should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Primary responsibilities will include providing customer service, managing customer accounts, and generating sales for our clients.

Junior Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Develop enriching relationships with customers, clients, retail partners and management.
  • Achieve annual new revenue objectives through consultative sales to new clients and expansion of service lines to existing clients.
  • Handle all customer complaints and issues with high professional courtesy.
  • Develop and utilize strategies that focus on the growth of new and existing opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Assist customers with information regarding products, pricing, and/or negotiation.
  • Following up with customers and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other inquiries.
  • Reporting any usual activity to responsible parties.
