KYC Analyst

We are looking for a KYC/AML Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team to initially support one of our clients in a KYC/AML Analyst role. You will be part of our US CLM Business that supports a number of clients in the region with a broad range of KYC/AML and anti-financial crime services. The initial role will require you to augment into our client’s existing team and support a number of KYC/AML and Customer Due Diligence related activities within the first line of defense for new client onboarding, periodic review, and event driven reviews.
This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing business within our CLM department working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions. The preferred candidate will have some relevant KYC/AML and CDD experience within financial services supported by great attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, and an ability to work in high-pressured environments and to tight deadlines.

Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working:
As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy on physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. We require candidates to be flexible to meet our clients’ demands.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000
