Anticipate and solve problems before they slow the project down. Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff, setting the standard for excellence. Be the face of the project with owners, government representatives, and stakeholders. What We're Looking For Proven Experience - 10+ years in the field, with several completed federal projects Leadership Presence - A true 'command of the site' professional who can earn respect from crews and clients alike. Technical Knowledge - Deep understanding of federal specs, QA/QC, safety, and compliance requirements. Clear Communicator - Able to manage complex details and keep everyone on point.
