Leasing Agent – Strong Collections Experience (Columbus, OH 43213)

We’re seeking a motivated Leasing Agent with heavy collections experience to join an affordable housing community in Columbus, OH (43213)!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Temporary to start, with potential for long-term placement
Pay: Based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of leasing—tours, move-ins, renewals, and resident relations
• Lead and manage delinquency and collections efforts with professionalism and persistence
• Post rent payments, send notices, and follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate records using property management software (OneSite/RealPage experience preferred)
• Support overall office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day management

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in property management leasing, especially with collections
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
• Section 8 experience a plus
