Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented legal administrative assistant with extensive expertise in business transactions, tax, and probate law? Our client is looking for a highly motivated and professional Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Miami team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing, proofreading, and revising documents
  • Schedule travel, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Maintain files and records
  • Submit new business/matter opening paperwork and conflict requests
  • Time entry and client billing
  • Provide support to other assistants and attorneys, as necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in business transactions, tax, and probate
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document management systems
  • Preferred experience with Filesite
  • Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, and organizational skills
