Job Title: Family and Criminal Legal Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Legal Assistant to support attorneys in family and criminal law cases. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal setting.Key Responsibilities:
Manage digital case files in Clio, Gmail, and Google Drive. Conduct client intake and document all relevant personal and case information. Draft and file pleadings, motions, and notices accurately and efficiently. Maintain court calendars, deadlines, and reminders for attorneys. Organize discovery, track deadlines, and manage follow-ups. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Prepare exhibits, hearing kits, and trial materials. Review court orders and ensure post-hearing tasks are completed. Front desk receptionist dutiesRequirements:
Proficiency with Clio, Google Drive, Gmail, and MacBook systems. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable. Family or criminal law experience preferred but not required.Benefits:
