Seeking a proactive Legal Claims Administration Project Manager to join the team! This role is located on site in Philadelphia. You will serve as a key liaison between clients and professional staff, overseeing multiple cases and projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate brings strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills to coordinate workflows, schedule resources, and ensure timely delivery of case deliverables. • Perform diversified project management at all levels under the direction of the Directors.
• Maintain contact with clients throughout the year regarding open matters and possess a thorough knowledge of the client and client activity.
• Keep Directors informed of important developments regarding each engagement, analyzing problems and recommending solutions.
• Direct and instruct administration staff in work to be performed and documentation management, where applicable.
• Assist in the evaluation process of the professional staff assigned to their engagement team.
• Plan, schedule, and staff engagements using departmental policies and procedures.
• Manage court filings, reports to counsel, and related materials.
• Suggest client engagement planning ideas to the Directors.
• Works to develop responsible, trained staff by assisting in recruiting, developing training aids, etc.
• Participate in practice development efforts.
• Represent firm/department in community/professional associations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in a legal claims administration
