August Rose Health Center , a reputable outpatient mental health clinic in Maryland, is seeking a talented and experienced
Licensed Mental Health Therapist Contractor to join our growing team.

children, adolescents, and adults , providing both individual and group counseling services in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each clients unique needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
- Provide therapy services in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of our diverse client population.
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify presenting concerns and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to effectively address a broad range of mental health conditions.
- Facilitate group counseling sessions as clinically indicated.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices in the mental health field.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Maryland state license as an LCPC, LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCSW)
- Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is required .
- Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural competence and an inclusive, client-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
