TRC's client has a direct hire opportunity for a Therapist (LPC) to join their team! This opportunity is with a federally subsidized mental health facility. Our client is looking for a compassionate and skilled therapist to join their team. In this role, you'll complete intake assessments for clients receiving mental health services at our designated location. You'll also connect patients with the right resources based on their individual needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs and diagnosis.Develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and create discharge and follow-up care plans as required by regulatory standards.Gather information through interviews and observation to identify issues and determine the right course of treatment or referrals.Manage a specialized caseload, perform case assessments, and prepare necessary reports for client admission, placement, or discharge.Deliver or coordinate crisis intervention services for clients in urgent need or with severe issues.Monitor treatment progress and make adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.Work with legal agencies and other providers to ensure clients' rights are respected and care is coordinated.Collaborate with other therapists and professionals, and refer clients to additional services as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.
