LOAN OFFICER/PROCESSOR ASSISTANT

What You’ll Do:

• Support Loan Officers and Processors in gathering and organizing client documentation.
• Communicate with clients to request information and provide updates throughout the loan process.
• Assist in reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with third parties, such as appraisers and title companies, to ensure timely receipt of required documents.
• Maintain accurate records and track loan files to ensure smooth processing.
• Learn the ins and outs of the mortgage industry to grow into a key player on our team.
