🩺 Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health | Washington (Compact License Required)

• 💰 Hourly Pay: $42 – $52/hr
  • Pay based on experience, tenure, and weekly hours worked
  • $42/hr for entry-level RNs working ~30 hours/week
  • Up to $52/hr for highly experienced RNs working 36+ hours/week

💼 Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care based on the physician-approved plan
• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions with clinical accuracy
• Document assessments, patient progress, and nursing activities with precision
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Active Washington or Compact RN License (Required)
• Excellent attention to detail and clinical accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Home health experience preferred , but not required
