Get hands-on litigation exposure in employment and labor law. Support multiple attorneys while managing discovery, filings, and case organization, all within a collaborative, inclusive culture with growth opportunities! This fully remote role offers occasional travel for meetings or events.

Litigation Paralegal Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree + ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate; 3+ years’ law firm experience
• Draft and edit legal documents, manage discovery, assist with filings, organize case materials, track deadlines, and support multiple attorneys
• Microsoft 365, document management systems, litigation support software, strong communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on litigation exposure, growth opportunities
