The Remote Licensed Psychiatrist position offers flexible opportunities for mental health professionals to either launch or expand their private practice while working with Headway, a service that supports clinicians by handling insurance credentialing and billing. Psychiatrists can set their own schedules, provide care through telehealth or in-person sessions, and grow their client base with marketing and patient referrals from Headway. This role requires a valid medical license and offers hourly wages ranging from $119 to $239, emphasizing the commitment to accessible mental healthcare.

• Verifying client insurance benefits instantly and automatically, so that access to care is never delayed, and you can see your patients with confidence.

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
• A DEA or CDS number
• CAQH

Please note, at this time, we are unable to service mental health professionals that are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
