Our client’s Managed Care Team is seeking a junior to mid-level (2nd to 5th Year) Associate in California. This team represents leading managed care companies across the U.S. in various complex matters, including litigation, class actions, compliance, regulatory work, false claims act cases, government programs, and investigations. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, excellent academic credentials, and strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Managed care or health care experience is required, along with the ability to handle multiple cases, manage regulatory or compliance matters, and serve as the point person on litigation and counseling. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing of the California State Bar are required.
