Coding with Kids is a fast-growing EdTech company dedicated to teaching children computer programming in a fun and engaging way. We’re hiring a  Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, design, and send email campaigns using  Mailchimp or similar platforms
• Write engaging  blog posts , parent guides, and newsletters
• Create marketing materials like  flyers , brochures, and digital assets
• Assist with  website updates and redesign efforts (WordPress, Wix, or similar)
• Manage and optimize  social media advertising on  Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
• Grow engagement across our social media platforms
• Support brand-building initiatives and marketing strategy development

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in  marketing, communications, or digital media
• Strong  writing and  content creation skills
• Experience with  email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
• Familiarity with  graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Hands-on experience with  social media ads and  Google AdWords
• Self-starter who thrives in a  remote, fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Passion for  education, kids, and tech

Compensation: $70-$95k
