*Master Outboard Technician – Travel Position (Relocation Assistance & Temporary Housing)*

Yachting Solutions is seeking an experienced *Master Outboard Technician* to join our growing team. This is a unique, hands-on position for a skilled professional who enjoys problem-solving, traveling, and working with top-quality marine equipment.

*What You’ll Do*

* Travel throughout the Northeastern U.S. (New York to Maine) to diagnose and repair retail-sold outboard units
* Perform in-depth troubleshooting and high-quality repairs
* Collaborate with service managers and customers to ensure excellent service experiences
* Operate and handle boats as needed for diagnostics and sea trials
* Maintain detailed service records and clear communication with the team

*What We’re Looking For*

* Master Outboard Technician certification required (Mercury preferred)
* Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
* Ability and willingness to travel extensively
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Boat handling experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour
