Job Summary

Position: Full-Time Meals-On-Wheels Program Specialist
Location: To Be Determined
Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Responsibilities

Duties:

Maintain and update the ServTracker data system.
Provide basic IT support and training to staff as needed.
Verify eligibility and ensure completeness of records for new clients.
Review and prepare invoices and service reports.
Enter daily and monthly service records into various databases.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to analyze program data and generate reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited four-year high school (Associate’s or higher degree preferred).
Experience in data analysis and program tracking.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain accuracy
Clean background check, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
