Mechanical Service Manager

Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Escondido, CA
Salary Rate: $125,000 - $175,000

Position Overview
We are looking for a Service Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the service department's operations, managing service technicians, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. This role involves coordinating HVAC and plumbing services in a commercial setting, optimizing service processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Manage and mentor service technicians, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
• Develop and implement service strategies to improve response times and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate HVAC and plumbing service requests, ensuring timely and proper execution of services.
• Monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain inventory of tools and materials necessary for service operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a service management role, preferably in HVAC and plumbing industries.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, particularly in commercial applications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
