In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex medical devices in a cleanroom or controlled environment, following strict regulatory and quality standards. Your attention to detail will directly contribute to patient safety and product effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Assemble medical devices and components using hand tools, microscopes, and specialized equipment. Follow detailed manufacturing instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance. Accurately complete documentation including production records and quality forms. Work in a cleanroom environment while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards. Identify and report any issues or defects to supervisors or quality teams. Collaborate with quality assurance, engineering, and production teams to support process improvements. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in medical device assembly, electronics assembly, or a similar regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for precision assembly. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, instructions, and procedures. Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE.
