TEKsystems is currently hiring for Member Service Representatives with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Sandy Springs, GA to start on September 29th.

ALL CANDIDATES  MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN A 60 MILE RADIUS OF SANDY SPRINGS, GA

Position:   Member Service Representative (working in the Account Services department)

Job Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
• Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
• Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
• Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
• Willingness to help others and ability to navigate difficult conversations
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills

Regular Work Schedule:   Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Saturday OR Sunday-Friday. Shift Times 2 :00PM - 11:30PM OR 3:00PM - 12:30AM EST

• Monday-Saturday OR Sunday-Friday (All Saturday's/Sunday's required. will have 1 rotating off day during the week) **MUST have a 6 day availability to work
• Must have a 9.5 hour window of flexibility to be able to work. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
  • Shifts require you to have 6 days of availability. You are likely to have one fixed day off on either Saturday or Sunday. The other day off may vary week to week.
  • Your hours of availability during the day must be 9.5 hours to account for the one-hour variation in your start and end time. 
  • SHIFT TIMES AVAILABLE (Mon-Sat OR Sun-Fri): 2 :00PM - 11:30PM, 3:00PM - 12:30AM EST

Training will be a mix of in-person AND virtual training Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM EST

•  Training Site Location: 4 Concourse Parkway, Sandy Springs, Georgia, 30328

Location: Remote & ONSITE days required

• MUST be able to report onsite for training/team building purposes

Pay Rate: $19.50/hourly

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
