Mid-Level Scrum Master Job Description
Description: Agile5 Technologies is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Scrum Master to execute Scrum methodologies for the product lifecycle of a federal law enforcement customer. This role is critical in guiding teams in the Agile methodology, facilitating their progress toward goals, and promoting Agile quality practices to build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, adept at leading agile sessions, and experienced in coordinating between development and infrastructure teams to support multiple enterprise applications.
Mid-Level Scrum Master Job Duties:Execute Scrum methodologies for the product lifecycle.
Guide teams in the Agile methodology and support team rules.
Facilitate product team's progress toward team goals, lead meetings, and eliminate blockers.
Promote Agile quality practices and build high-performing teams.
Coordinate with other teams and support ROM and level of estimate activities.
Provide teams with feedback and means for improvement.
Lead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation.
Facilitate team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations.
Advise government personnel on incremental changes for continuous improvement.
Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities.
Support coordination between development teams and infrastructure teams.
Track and report team metrics and velocity.
Identify and help resolve impediments to team progress.
Location: On-Site in Quantico, VA
Status: Full time
Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday
Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations of time. Also, must be able to continuously operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
Travel Required: 10%
