Neonatologist

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) has a Neonatologist opportunity at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan . Metropolitan Hospital features a Level III NICU with 15 beds. On average, the hospital has 900 live births annually. The hospital maintains an academic affiliation with New York Medical College .

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neonatology

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $216,966* (board eligible); $222,966* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $334,182** (board eligible) and $340,782** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000, contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution:
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
