• Utilize skills in CRM and Crystal Reports to monitor and manage customer accounts.
• Take necessary actions based on customer account monitoring.
• Show adaptability by wearing many hats and being flexible with job responsibilities.
• Use 'Concur' and 'ADP - Financial Services' for financial data processing and management.
• Handle inbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Use 'About Time' for effective job scheduling.
• Demonstrate proficiency in dispatching, ensuring smooth operations.
