*Associate Optometrist Opportunity – Valley Vision Clinic, Walla Walla, WA*

Valley Vision Clinic is seeking a full-time *Associate Optometrist* to join our collaborative and growing team of five ODs in beautiful *Walla Walla, Washington*. Our practice is rooted in *primary care optometry with a strong medical emphasis*, serving a diverse patient population in a more rural area of southeastern Washington.

Option for a 4 day/week schedule with pro-rated base salary and production bonus.

* *Full scribe support* for each provider, averaging 16 comprehensive exams per day along with additional post-op and medical visits.
* A dedicated *contact lens specialist* to manage fits and follow-ups.
* A boutique *optical department* featuring 2,000+ frames and an in-house edging lab to optimize retention and patient satisfaction.

*Compensation & Benefits*

* *Base salary:* $110,000 annually
* *Monthly production bonuses:* Ranging from $1,000 to $6,000+

* *$2,500 annual CE allowance*

*Schedule & Work-Life Balance*

* *Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM*

*Requirements*

* Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
* Current Washington State licensure (or eligibility)
