  • Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate clients and caregivers on therapeutic methods to maintain progress beyond the therapy sessions.
  • Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure clients are on the right path.

Essential Skills
  • A strong passion for helping others and a desire to facilitate their journey toward independence.
  • Empathetic and clear communication skills with both patients and team members.
  • Creativity and flexibility in adapting plans to serve diverse needs.
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team.
Benefits
  • Supportive work environment with abundant opportunities for growth.
  • Full-time schedule featuring flexible shift options.

  • Top-notch equipment, facilities, and record-keeping systems.
  • Participation in quality improvement and innovative projects.

Your Daily Impact

Here, you won't just be addressing symptoms-you'll be transforming lives, restoring routines, and inspiring joy in everyday activities. From aiding stroke survivors in regaining fine motor skills to assisting orthopedic patients in reclaiming mobility post-surgery, your expertise will be the catalyst for person-centered care that nurtures resilience and autonomy.

This isn't a place where chores outweigh passions. Instead, it's a community where each patient is a unique story, and every therapy session is an essential part of their healing journey. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, you will create rehabilitation plans as unique as the individuals behind them.

Why You'll Love Being Part of Our Team - and the City That Surrounds Us

Our rehabilitation team has cultivated a unique working atmosphere. We don't merely clock in and out; we uplift each other, share insights, and celebrate every success-big or small. This is where your contributions matter, your growth is fostered, and your impact is evident daily.

As for the surroundings: Atlanta is a city that surprises and delights at every turn. Gone are the monotonous skyscrapers; here, striking contrasts abound, with historic neighborhoods, lush parks, and an array of cultural experiences. Enjoy famous southern cuisine, whether it's comforting fried chicken or innovative vegan dishes, available markets, and food festivals stinged together by a vibrant arts scene.

A community vibrant with creativity, drawing in artists, entrepreneurs, and innovators alike, Atlanta moves at a rhythm that also welcomes leisurely walks through the famed Piedmont Park or moments spent with friends over iced sweet tea in cool cafés.

Who We're Seeking

We desire someone who perceives occupational therapy as more than just a job-a true vocation. A person whose heart swells when a patient regains their ability to perform tasks independently or expresses thoughts they could not articulately share before.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or a bright newcomer, if you approach your work with passion, diligence, and humility, you'll flourish with us. If you are excited about the idea of merging top-tier care with a dynamic lifestyle-your next chapter starts here.

Join Us - Let's Make a Difference Together

This invitation goes beyond just another job opportunity. Here, your efforts will mold futures, stimulate recoveries, and restore invaluable aspects of life. All this will unfold in a region celebrated for harmonizing the hustle and peace of mind.

So, if you are ready to expand your horizons, give back, and immerse yourself in a community filled with compassion - we are excited to welcome you aboard.
