Hiring 20 Remote Call Center Representatives for a 3-month Contract Assignment with TEKsystems   starting in SEPTEMBER!

About the Role:

Join a high-impact project supporting shareholder communications during the fall season. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll engage with shareholders via outbound calls, guiding them through voting processes and ensuring their voices are heard on key corporate decisions.

Job Details

• Will make 200 outbound phone calls daily on an auto dialer (will leave many voicemails)
• Handle inbound, outbound, and email communication.
• The rep will contact shareholders to inform them that the information they received asking them to vote is not accurate.
• De-escalate challenging conversations with professionalism
• Accurately follow call scripts and document interactions

Qualifications

• Must have your own headset AND monitor (laptop provided)
• Must have 12 continuous months of recent call center experience
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must pass BG check, drug test (excluding THC), and fingerprinting
• Reliable internet (50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) with hardwire capability

Other Details

• Schedule: 6pm-11pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY & SATURDAY 12pm-6pm EST = 26 hours
• Start Dates: September 19th

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
