Salary Range: Based on experience

Job Summary: As RYSE’s Paid Ad Buyer, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s marketing efforts through skillful planning and negotiation in securing optimal advertising space and time across various media channels.

Responsibilities:  

• Manage daily execution of online advertising campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Amazon seller central and other trafficked websites
• Coordinate the implementation of advertising initiatives including scheduling, placement, and creative asset delivery
• Negotiate favorable terms and rates with media vendors to secure optimal placement for advertisements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and prepare advertising units and marketing materials for launching in acquired spaces
• Monitor and analyze performance of media buys by tracking metrics such as reach, frequency, impressions, conversions, etc.
• Assist in prospecting and exploring new potential advertising networks
• Develop relationships with media and paid advertising vendors/entities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into ad buying

Education and Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Experience in ad buying, paid advertising, digital ads, paid social or a related role 
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish rapport with media vendors
• Proficiency in media planning tools and software 
• Able to work at a desk/on a computer for up to 8 hours a day 

Standout Qualifications:  

• Certifications in digital media buying (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) 
• Able to work independently and effectively while also contributing to a team
• Personal passion for health and wellness
