Qualifications:
Be the Best Palliative Nurse Practitioner You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
- Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing
- One year experience as a Nurse Practitioner required in CA
- Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical or patient population specific (i.e.: geriatrics, pediatric, etc.) nursing
- Minimum 1 year Palliative Care services experience preferred
- Demonstrates familiarity with policies of the agency and state(s) and federal regulations pertaining to nursing services.
- Demonstrated expertise in pain/symptom management and advanced care planning
Required Certifications and Licensure - Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of agency operation with c urrent and unencumbered advanced practice nursing license in state(s) practicing
- Active DEA license in the state where care is being provided.
- Certified by a nationally recognized advanced nursing practice organization
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role, preferred
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
- Must have reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance
Posted Salary Range: USD $55.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
