Paralegal - ESI/eDiscovery
Location: Broadview Heights, OH
Salary: $60K-$100K (salary depends on experience) 

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal specializing in ESI and eDiscovery to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in managing electronic discovery processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the preparation and management of eDiscovery processes and documentation.
• Conduct electronic data searches and analysis to identify relevant information for cases.
• Manage and organize electronic evidence, ensuring secure storage and retrieval.
• Coordinate with clients and external vendors to facilitate the eDiscovery process.
• Prepare and review documents for production in response to discovery requests.
• Assist in the development and implementation of eDiscovery strategies and protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in eDiscovery and ESI management.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-party, multi-state, complex cases
• Proven experience as a paralegal with a focus on ESI and eDiscovery.
• Experience in insurance cases preferred 
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures related to eDiscovery.
• Familiarity with litigation support software and electronic discovery tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
