Answer phones (low call volume, about 5 calls per hour)
Transfer calls or take messages Direct guests and visitors to where they need to go and who they need to see Distribute mail to the corporate building every other day Assist other departments with various Admin tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.What we look for:
