This is a hands-on, physical role involving opening and breaking down packaging, transporting parts throughout the shop, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. A key responsibility is mirror matching incoming parts to damaged vehicle components to ensure accuracy prior to installation, identifying discrepancies or missing parts, and working closely with technicians, estimators, dealerships, and vendors to confirm correct parts. The role requires regular use of a computer or tablet to receive and invoice parts, document job-related activity, and communicate with vendors as needed, with a strong focus on accuracy, teamwork, and supporting efficient repair flow.
