Roles and responsibilities: Check in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gates. Handle customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling with patience. Answer inquiries about flight schedules, fares, and other questions knowledgeably. Make announcements at the gate or over the PA system regarding flight activity. Manage flight movement messages between the gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors. Qualifications: Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers, team members, and leadership. Proficient computer skills. At least 18 years old with a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for some airports). Ability to pass a drug screening and obtain airport security clearance, including background checks covering employment, criminal record, and residence over the past 10 years. Physical Requirements: Lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) regularly. Stand, lift, bend, push, and pull frequently and for extended periods. Work in environments with jet and machinery noises. Our airlines operate 24/7, so flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
