Job ID 47719 Location Chicago, Illinois Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job The Division of Pediatric Critical Care at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician Educator at the rank of Instructor to Professor. Qualified candidates will be dedicated and experienced Pediatric Critical Care Medicine faculty members. The successful candidate will be a pediatrician, committed to a career in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. Responsibilities of the position include providing direct patient care, teaching and scholarship. This is a full-time position. Qualifications of the position include board certifications in pediatrics and/or a sub-specialty and evidence of leadership abilities with an MD, DO or Md, PhD. Faculty rank is commensurate with the applicant's status and training and will be determined based on Northwestern University criteria: Instructor through/to Professor are welcomed. Salary is competitive. We are looking for Clinician Educators that are pediatric intensivists on a non-tenured track. Clinical responsibilities will be weighted on applicants' scholarship and other non-clinical pursuits. The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
