We are looking for a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC)/ Pharmacy Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of pharmacy and compounding lab
• Manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Oversee MTM and collaborate with health care providers
• Manage the pharmacy's inventory
• Implement policies and procedures for pharmacy operations
• Provide clinical consultations and advice to patients and healthcare providers
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Educate and mentor pharmacy staff on best practices and new developments
• Monitor the performance metrics and financial health of the pharmacy
• Participate in educational programs

​ Qualifications: ​​​​​

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) or Registered Pharmacist (RPh) in South Carolina
• Minimum 2 year Management experience preferred
• Experience in Compounding preferred
• Proficient with Pioneer Rx Software is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
