Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible Sports Medicine Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Surgeon who is motivated to make a difference in their community. Community Physician Network Orthopedic Specialty Care is expanding to our newest hospital, Community Hospital Westfield , which is slated to open Spring 2025. Desired requirements

• BE/BC in orthopedic surgery
• Fellowship training in Sports Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
• Consistent and consecutive employment and training history
• Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
