The impact you’ll make

• Set the standard for safety by modeling our CMC Safety Culture and complying with PPE and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and isolate faults using test equipment and hand tools; determine root causes quickly.
• Execute, document, and close work in the SAP maintenance module, capturing time and corrective actions.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics; select correct grades/sizes of bolts, pipes, tubing, cables, and wires.
• Conduct inspections, identify defects, and safely dismantle equipment using hoists, overhead cranes, and power tools.
• Apply expertise across bearings, gearboxes, power transmission, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, welding principles, rigging, overhead cranes, and mobile equipment operation.
• Deliver quality work on time, with dependable attendance and flexibility to meet business needs.
• Compile maintenance reports that analyze findings and summarize trends.

What sets you up for success

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work at heights in extreme temperatures for prolonged periods.
• Skill using precision measurement instruments.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment maintenance (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Field experience in heavy industrial operations and/or manufacturing (minimum 1 year preferred; minimum 3 years strongly preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
