Now Hiring: Full-Time Print Production Assistant Large Format (Color)

ARC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Print Production Assistant to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting a great workplace for our employees.

Role Overview: The Print Production Assistant will manage wide-format color print jobs from order intake to final output using large format printers and finishing equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Youll be responsible for job setup, production workflow, equipment operation, and quality control, ensuring every project meets exact customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process wide-format print orders
• Operate large format printers, bindery, finishing, and scanning equipment
• Prepare proofs, troubleshoot print issues, and maintain image quality
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and supply management
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with packaging, shipping, and cross-departmental support
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area
• Work overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in color reprographics using graphic applications
• 12 years in color services and design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Pre-flight experience and file preparation skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
