Role Overview: 

\tThe ideal candidate will support our private label operations by managing purchase orders (POs), coordinating vendor communications, handling ticketing and packaging requirements, and ensuring all production processes are executed with precision and timeliness. This role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused under deadline pressure. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Purchase Order Management 

• Receive and process POs from private label brand partners.
• Create and issue vendor POs to overseas and domestic factories. 
• Ensure POs are accurate, complete, and aligned with production timelines. 

Product Packaging & Ticketing 

• Coordinate and manage ticketing/tagging purchases for each production cycle
• Create clear and detailed packing ways (packing instructions) for each product. 
• Review packaging specs and ensure all vendor outputs meet compliance and client expectations. 

Vendor Communication & Coordination 

• Communicate effectively with factories and vendors to relay PO requirements, timelines, and product specifications. 
• Follow up consistently to track production status and resolve any discrepancies. 

Data Entry & Documentation 

• Input and maintain accurate production data in internal systems. 
• Organize and maintain digital records of all POs, ticketing orders, and packing specs. 
• Perform quality checks on all documentation before release. 

Problem Solving & Flexibility 

• Proactively identify and resolve production issues or missing information. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to adapt quickly when production challenges arise. 
• Maintain composure and focus while juggling multiple deadlines.

Candidate Profile: 

○ Highly detail-oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy. 

○ Comfortable performing repetitive data-entry tasks without loss of focus or quality. 

○ Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

○ Flexible and resourceful when solving production-related problems.

○ Positive attitude, calm under stress, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. 

○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

○ Experience with production operations or supply chain in the fashion/retail or manufacturing industry is a plus.
