We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will be an integral part of our production process, facilitating the smooth operation of various projects from inception to completion. As a Production Assistant, you will work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure that all aspects of production run efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and organization of production schedules and logistics.
• Support the production team on set by managing equipment and supplies.
• Help coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of production equipment before and after shoots.
• Take notes during production meetings and disseminate information to relevant parties.
• Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining contact lists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a production environment or internships is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Be adaptable and able to work under pressure in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in using standard office software and basic editing tools.
