You'll work closely with Account Managers to ensure exceptional landscapes are delivered on time and within budget, contributing significantly to their reputation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of landscaping projects, from planning to completion.
• Lead and mentor field crews, promoting safety and quality workmanship.
• Build internal solid client relationships and address concerns quickly.
• Track project progress, manage resources, and ensure efficiency to stay within budget.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in commercial landscaping production.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, and, ideally, Hawaiian horticulture.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Aspire a plus.
