We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Production Manager to oversee and optimize our assembly and PCBA operations. This is a critical role within our manufacturing team, ensuring the seamless execution of production processes while maintaining our high standards for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

  • Planned, coordinated, and oversaw all production activities to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor production KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and optimize production workflows, minimizing downtime and waste.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and supply chain.
  • Address and resolve production issues in a timely manner to maintain smooth operations.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Ensure all production tools and assembly jigs are well maintained and operating efficiently.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate with suppliers for repairs or upgrades.

Quality Assurance:

  • Work closely with the quality team to implement and maintain quality control processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for any defects and implement corrective actions.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including reports on yield, rework, and production output.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in related field.
  • Strong understanding of electro-mechanical assembly, SMT processes, PCB assembly, and soldering techniques.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
