Overview Join to apply for the Program Manager role at Accylerate, LLC. Location: Arlington, VA Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for City's IT operations and manage the overall delivery of technology services. Oversee all IT infrastructure including physical/virtual servers, Microsoft Hypervisors, network switches, firewalls, VoIP, and security access systems. Coordinate and manage support for domain, email, backup, replication, and cybersecurity services. Provide management oversight for on-site staff, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets and adherence to SLA response times. Supervise the IT ticketing and patch management process using Zoho ManageEngine. Plan, manage, and execute IT projects across City departments, including upgrades and system enhancements. Ensure after-hours and emergency support coverage for critical outages or updates that cannot be performed during regular hours. Provide support for weekly public meetings (e.g., City Council, Planning Commission) including setup and troubleshooting of AV equipment. Lead cybersecurity assessments and assist in policy development. Generate compliance and performance reports and ensure all services meet contractual obligations. Security Requirements Must pass background checks as required by City for access to critical infrastructure, including 911 Call Centre and security systems. Must adhere to all City data security, confidentiality, and remote access protocols. Familiarity with tools Zoho ManageEngine (Ticketing, Asset Inventory, Patch Management) Microsoft Windows Server / Hyper-V Active Directory / Group Policy Email services (e.g., Microsoft Exchange/Outlook) Backup and replication systems (e.g., Veeam or equivalent) Network infrastructure components (Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, VOIP) AV systems for public meetings Cybersecurity assessment tools and best practices Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional) ITIL v4 Foundation or higher Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent CompTIA Security+ or CISSP Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) - optional but beneficial Required Skills/Experience 7+ years of IT program or project management experience in complex environments Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional technical teams Proven experience managing service delivery in accordance with SLAs and priority levels (P1-P4) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with government or public sector IT projects a plus Hands-on knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and helpdesk operations Required Education Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr Accylerate, LLC.
